The claim can be put to test because there is observation. Patience comes with faith. Sometimes a prayer will be immediately answered or it may take a while to be answered.

Then we cannot reliably test it which means it's not able to be proven which shows that your faith is little more than a shot in the dark at explaining the simplest of concepts such as progress and chance; those of which, with full understanding, would entirely delete your grasping for a god
