A video game is part of entertainment only. The moment anything material takes control of your emotions like this it is a sign that you need to put it aside and move on to something else. This is certainly not a good thing to do.

Nah I'd say it's a sign that you need to work on anger management. It's probably not confined to only one area of your life.
