Yeah, except that none of that is true. The download for TDB was PHENOMENALLY small. Kinda makes you wonder why? If they added "the meat to the skeleton" you are referring to, than it couldn't have been that small. Hell some patches are bigger.
Also it was leaked that TDB and HOW we're not originally supposed to be DLC but Activision forced Bungie to slice up the base game for a profit.
This leak came from the same source that leaked all the content for TDB and HOW and the Comet.

It's a consistently online game that can be coded and implemented in real time without the requirement of a download (most of the time) Plus I don't put much stock into "supposed sources that may or may not be legitimate" I'm going off of actual game design and business management.
