As a 32 doing raids, all I want is to get the raid done and over with so I can do something else. My raid group does both raids in 30-45 min. Doing them with people that either haven't done it before or lack means of communication only slow down the process. Unless my goal is to help others, I expect everyone to know what is going on and to know their role. If this makes me an ass hole then so be it, but to me you are the ass hole for wasting the fire teams time, not everyone wants to spend hours with people that can't figure it out.
