Please explain Heart of the Praxic Fire
So, I main a hunter. I have a titan and a warlock that I've dabbled with but both low level. I intend to pursue my warlock next and as it turns out, I got Heart of the Praxic Fire from an exotic chest engram I bought yesterday.
So, no disrespect, why do people love this piece? And how can I best use it? (In 11 levels from now when my Warlock is a level 20)

It's for people who know how to play sunsinger and don't just use it for self rez. If you pop radiance with radiant skin you can chuck like 11 nades. You become a fire spewing tank!!
