Please explain Heart of the Praxic Fire
So, I main a hunter. I have a titan and a warlock that I've dabbled with but both low level. I intend to pursue my warlock next and as it turns out, I got Heart of the Praxic Fire from an exotic chest engram I bought yesterday.
So, no disrespect, why do people love this piece? And how can I best use it? (In 11 levels from now when my Warlock is a level 20)

I like using my radiance super whenever I see a good oppertunity to do so, and when I do it's mostly to make orbs for my teammates, encouraging them to use their supers in return. HOTPF is by far the best sunsinger exotic, my warlock can spam grenades and thus orbs everywhere with it. I really notice a big difference in the speed of cooldowns during radiance when I dont have HoTPF equiped.
