...Who thought I was English, because I was speaking German. Lemme explain. A friend and I were playing AVP (yeah, surprisingly it isn't that hard to find a non-ranked game and people still play it) and we decided to go into gamechat and mess with people by saying random German phrases from the little German we both know. Pretty soon, speaking very slowly and deliberately, the boy asked "are you English?" Because we "talked stupid." This was repeated the entire time we played matches with him, until finally another player (impersonating Schwarzenegger) explained that we were speaking German, in German accents. He would have been at least 12, yet seemed to think that the English speak an entirely different language? And no, we aren't English and neither was he.
