I'm not sure if this is a bug, but it's defiantly out of the ordinary. Very often, the orgers spawn very early. After hitting Crota with the sword for the first time, and when he moves to the right (facing away from the window) for the first time, orgers spawn then. Which me or the fire teams I have been in have never seen that happen. It also triggers enrage early too, as he moves to the centre then left and back, enrage warning happens there. Which usually the orgers spawn then (or at least when he moves to the left.) It's a bit of a pain when not everyone is level 32. (Or is still waiting for that one head or chest piece :P)
