The Normandy SR2. Because no singular ship could win against a fleet that size. So with it's stealth capabilities and speed I'd be able to at least escape to go recruit my own fleet.

If take a reaper from mass effect. Technically a ship with AI. And since the cabal pretty much you explosive weapons is be safe with shields. Also I can control the cabal and make them turn against each other with indoctrination.
