What is the most successful enemy faction?
What i'm asking here is, what enemy faction has had the most success in our solar system, which faction stands tall above the rest, and still hold a high ranking throughout space.
Edit: Wow 442 Votes Total, It seems the Vex truly are the most dangerous foe for the Vanguard.

Cabal. The Vex's whole conductor of time travel train is dead, hive's demi god is dead, fallen are just running around not doing much. Cabal got all that firepower, they're just sitting there with it.

I voted for Vex because they have time travel and a logistical edge. But the Hive are definitely up there. Vex are on top because they didn't just take over Mercury, they Borg converted it. And most other planets, except apparently Earth, have ancient or semi-ancient Vex structures hiding out. The Cabal are all about digging in like a tick, but they wish they were as embeded as the Vex. The Cabal clearly have some scary power, such as supposedly blowing up planets, and knocking moons out of orbit. But I think they're the epitome of slow and steady. Since we don't know whether or not they were part of the Collapse, but most likely not, they seem to be the lesser threat of all at this point. They showed up to fight with the Fallen at the Twilight Gap, and since then haven't budged past Mars. The Fallen are spread our and kind of a wild card, but they're mostly rebellious criminal pirates. Hell, an Awoken took over one of (or most of one of) their houses. We've even fought alongside them. I almost feel bad killing them. Except little b1tch Captains. F* Captains. Stop hiding. The Hive are a huge threat. They've essentially terraformed the Moon. They're right on our doorstep. They tried to summon their god from another dimension to destroy Earth. They wiped out a huge chunk of Guardians during the attempt to retake the Moon. They may have actually wiped out more Guardians (in lore, not in game players) than the other factions. But the Vex are the worst. Control over time. And almost control over reality. We could all be a simulation in Dr. Shaw's office, thousands of years ago in real-time.

The cabal have taken over whole solar systems and shit, the vex have just been playing with thier sprem sacks and exploding alot.

Everyone says Vex but we killed their god of rotten jello and Atheon which was suppose to be the one that controls time for the other Vex by shooting light bulbs and standing in a bubble. Fallen were strong enough to take over everything but one city and im guessing that includes Merica and we know it takes ALOT to get an American to leave their property and TV to go live in a city with people from other counties, robots and aliens. Also the Cabal are fish people.

In the solar system, Cabal seem like they are the biggest military power. But overall the Vex.

The only two that are actually dangerous are the Hive and Vex. People shouldnt say one is better because we havent even witnessed the true power they both have. But me being a hive fanboy.. I go with hive.

I would say fallen if the houses were still working together like what happened at twilight gap... Vex on the other hand, they can wipe you out of existence just by looking at you... Just like kabr's fireteam... :'(

Vex easily, they can teleport, are soulless machines, and have mastered time itself.

Vex can warp, alter, and use time to their advantage. Your poll is invalid. Just kidding but I think they're all every matched when it comes down to it. I still see the little baby aliens barely damaging one another on patrol, lol. Too bad Mr. Guardian of Light had to drop in and wreck them.

5 RisposteThe vex aren't very successful if we can break into one of their most protected areas and eliminate one of their gods. For example, we crippled the vex by destroying the heart of the black garden, along with breaking into the vault of glass and eliminating Atheon. Along with the hive, where we invaded their underworld and took out the one of their gods. The fallen? We don't break into any base except the Devil's Lair. The separate houses of Fallen make them more difficult to fight instead of one set force of say, Cabal or Hive.

Vex, they can time travel, have complete control of Mercury (besides that one crucible map), and can cooperate with each other better than other species due to the whole one mind controlling a million units stuff.

The Vex are the top threat, in my opinion. Mainly due to time travel. But the Hive come second, since they have gods that are much more powerful than even Crota. The Cabal come in third, since they only have a presence on one planet. But they have a pretty solid presence on that planet, which is impressive considering its ties to the Vex. The Fallen come in last for me, because of all the inter-House fighting going on. If the Houses all united under a single banner, I can see the Fallen being a much greater threat.

The fallen managed to have taken over most of THREE OF THE 4 CELESTIAL BODIES WE CAN VISIT! And have the most op major minion named Randal, And be in strikes even when they aren't for there faction. They also even have weapons when they are in the queens highly guarded prisons
