kirmitthefrog solved
So, GameSpot did some digging and the case of kirmitthefrog was solved.
kirmits mother surfed through the posts and accounts of kirmits other accounts of deleting characters and was able to narrow down and figure out who it was who deleted Henrys characters.
He has been referred to as "Chris".
" Chris" was at a Halloween party on one occasion. He comes forth and admits that he saw the chat and play options and thought that it would be fun/funny to try it out.
kirmit is friends with one of Henry's friends online and plays destiny with him. "Chris" isn't the least bit remorseful for what he put Kirmit through.
GameSpot spoke with kirmits mother, kirmit, and Chris on the telephone when Chris admitted that he will strike again.
Unfortunately no PSN or XBOX gamertag was given, we have to be cautious guardians. Malice and filth like this ruins gaming and experiences for all. Password protect your things my fellow warriors.
And never trust anyone. Trust them only to stand by your side. Not to take control.

I say call the troll again and force a gamertag out of him. If he literally said he's abused Share Play multiple times by using it to negatively impact other players, it's obvious he's violating the terms of condition of Share Play and there should be action taken against him. This is ridiculous that there is nothing happening to him. It's just leaving a message that trolling is bad but there won't be any action against you for doing it. Ridiculous.
