I do blame this kid, actually I don't blame the kid, I blame the kids parents for a) not having parental controls on the Playstation to block this sort of behavior, b) allowing the kid to stream on twitch even though it is against their TOS, c) allowing the kid to play a T rated game without their supervision, and d) not teaching him how to use the internet appropriately, and e) not teaching him to stay away from strangers. Bet this kid would have been biting a blood stained mattress in the back of some pedophiles van if the dude offered to give him candy and to hop in the van.
