Fact: The kid was under age for Destiny, psn, and twitch live stream. Also, he knowingly gave a random player his account in an attempt to cheat. Just going by the facts, I don't feel bad for him. He tried to cheat and got what he deserved. In my opinion, he deserves to get banned. Getting his characters deleted should've taught him a lesson, but since everyone feels bad for him, he's learned nothing. I'm not saying Kermit did the right thing, but that kid should've used his noggin.
