TOAD error - cant reinstall
Seriously Bungie WTH! Got the toad error last night and like an idiot thought bungie would know best so I did the suggested reinstall. It was taking forever so I let it go overnight. Well this morning it is at the same spot it was last night. Fix this or give me and anyone else affected by toad a refund because im getting sick of this BS!

Hook ur ps4 up thru the modem and skip the router. Just worked for me and my brother good luck! See my post for the full story but long story short just hook it up wired straight to the modem.
