Is this primary sniper rifle worth paying 17 strange coins for?

2 RisposteThat depends entirely upon how you define "worth it". If you want to complete your exotic collection, then yes. If you want a decent weapon that you will use more than twice and then throw in the vault to be forgotten forever, then no. My guess is you will be paying 17 coins for an exotic shard.
