The parents of "Trolled Kid"
You let your little 11 year old kid stream live on the Internet with no parental supervision, you failed to setup parental controls on your kid's gaming console and you let your 11 year old play a violent shooter game rated for teens ... again with no supervision.
On top of that, you clearly didn't teach your kid about stranger danger and it looks like you also failed to teach your kid that cheating is wrong.... or if something seems too good to be true... it probably is.
Do the world a favor and stop procreating, clearly parenting isn't your thing ;)

Kermit's parents failed to instill any moral or self value whatsoever though, so there is some competition, though maybe he is just a dick regardless of how he was raised.
