The kid only lost 3 exotics. I thought he lost a boat load tbh. Getting characters up to 28 and 26 only takes a few days depending on how you play. And those 3 exotics were Plan C, Truth, and Dragons Breath. So I understand why he cried after thinking he only lost the plan C
