Out of all of the vendors I know of, I can't find any who sells Legendary leg armor with Intellect and Strength. It's always either Discipline and Strength, or Discipline and Intellect. I don't care to upgrade Discipline. All of my other Legendary gear is focused on both Intellect and Strength, and the leg armor is the last piece I need. Is there somewhere in the game where I can find this? Does it exist? Thank you.
