Disk Scratched-Any Suggestions?
Hey guys, thanks for the help.
I noticed some of you said that toothpaste would work. So, I tried the plain, non-whitening particle stuff and it ended up getting tons of scratches. I have a warranty on it, and will get it replaced this Sunday.
Hey, at least I know first-hand that toothpaste doesn't work on disk scratches.

I used to repair scratched cds and dvds using candle wax, I've heard crayons work, it's actually pretty affective. Just rub the wax all over the scratches (not hard) Then use a clean cloth (or your shirt) to gently wipe off all the excess wax Last, just use another part of the cloth/shirt to clean the disc as you would normally to make sure the rest of the disk is cleaned of all wax
