This is what I'm like. I'm 14 so but my voice is a little higher-pitched than normal. If I play with ransoms and not my raid group I just shut up and don't talk much. You don't annoy them and you get your job done and make callouts when needed then it's fine. The only time I talk when I'm swordbearer is for rockets on Crota and when I'm really low. Just get your job done and you will be respected.
