Such a redundant point of view. You do realize companies have crashed and burned due to pissing off their player-base, right? You do realize that even people who HAVE Izanagis are pissed off with Bungie right now over the issue, right? You also realize that at one point in time, D2 had so little of a player-base, that D1 servers surpassed D2 due to incompetence. You're right - nothing we say or do will get them to release a fix any faster. A majority of us that aren't on here just whining and crying want something VERY simple. Communication. Authentic communication. Not just, "were aware of this issue" after 5, almost 6 days of this being an issue, yet they're replying to posts that have hardly any upvotes in more depth. Let's say you took your significant other out on a nice dinner date. During your meal, you discover a roach crawling on your food. A bit extreme of an example, but bare with me here. The restaurant, after you report it, basically says, "ok" and turns their head the other way, essentially coming off with an attitude of, "-blam!- off." Now imagine them taking over a month and a half to remedy the issue (food laws and sanitation aside) only to be met with yet another slap in the face, followed by yet another. How would you feel?

honestly...to me its not just them not being able to fix or provide a remedy for an issue...I run a software company...bugs happen..not to mention they also split up a partnership with Activision which is VERY difficult to deal with...That being said, when you mess up you make it right to your goddamn customer! The problem here is that the rare bounty step of the quest takes literally 2+ months to do because its an RNG drop followed by like 5 RNG drops for the armor pieces while playing countless forges over and over and over...and then there were people that finally got it done after 2 months (like me) and then used the crystal the DAY before they fixed the issue (like me) only to look up online after I used it that it was bugged...and after spending 2 MONTHS...2 -blam!-ing months...they tell me to go do it again....that's just beyond -blam!-ed up to do to someone. All I AM ASKING @BNGHelp6 is that you just make this right!!!!! All you have to do is either give me my crystal back or make the rare bounty drop more often (like you did with the 1kV after it took my 60+ tries to get the 1kv!!!! Not kidding... my RNG in this game sucks)!

Games had bugs for 4 years and still maintains a very strong player base. Bugs are part of gaming. This game is no different. If someone leaves over a weapon, they arent a true supporter of the game to begin with 👍

I 100% agree over leaving because of ONE weapon. However, I also empathize for those that are stuck with groups with little to no experience because of ONE weapon when they could be running and clearing GoS much easier and without the headache of worrying about getting a clear or not. Yes, I see it all the time and hear about it all the time. People being kicked for not having Izanagi. That ruins the experience for many. Despite there being other options that perform slightly under Izanagi (Whisper for example). So whereas I agree people shouldn't be leaving over a weapon, you yourself need to understand that it's impacting people's experience within the community of this game that they have paid for. As I said previously. I don't complain. I'm very patient. I also said many of us don't expect a fix NOW or tomorrow even. Many of us just want an authentic answer and acknowledgement when it comes to this being an issue (in a timely manner, not almost 6 days after multiple threads being made on the topic).
