Meh. I got over those lazy asses in vanilla. I've run countless strikes practically solo because of either being ditched by randoms or them just standing there until they lag out. In the end, it only improved my solo game to the point where it became a regular thing to solo Nightfalls. (back when you were still sent to orbit for failing) By that point, if I knew a friend who was slightly lower light for the nightfall, I would invite them before killing the boss (particularly Phogoth or Sepiks) in hopes that they would get that exotic they always wanted or that rarely dropped for anyone. (you know how it works... the people who don't do anything or joined at the end get the highest rewards) It's a game man. Let the lazy asses be lazy and just have fun. [spoiler]when the rewards for Nightfall became utter garbage and you were no longer sent to orbit for failure, I stopped going solo for the Nightfall since it was no longer worth the effort... even if it did take less of it.[/spoiler]
