Titans then get gauntlets that give infinite supers and infinite melees. Because it loops back onto itself. Hunters subclasses were needed by bungie when we figured out that could be done when HOW dropped. But that is now on an exotic for the titans. Hunters on the other hand get an additional melee but no bonus to super.
To be perfectly honest Thargomizers will probably be just as underused as No Back Up Plans, it's only bonus that is actually something usable is the extra melee charge which year 2 Skullfort will have with a more useful perk attached to the side. It's other crap is more than likely going to be worthless for 3 reasons 1. You have to get in melee range.(Which is pretty much certain death in any higher level content outside of the basic strike playlist) 2. You have to lower the target to pretty much 5% hp to actually get a kill with your melee on a non basic enemy even with 2 charges its not going to be that great. 3. If the regen given is anything like the perk in the Striker tree that does the exact same thing, its not going to be worth it because that perk is horrible.
All in all this exotic would actually be better for a Hunter if it was reworked because your melee's can be amplified and adjusted to be more lethal, titans on the other hand are still stuck with a shitty melee, that we just about never use because its a death sentence on just about any Major or Ultra enemy.

Shoulder charge counts as a melee attacks so that recharges super... Think about every application. That's what I did before posting...

Shoulder charge is only viable in PvE with Peregrine Grieves... PvP wise it wouldnt even matter because any half decent crucible player can counter Shoulder charge with a shotgun, even still the only one up you get with shoulder charge is being able to kill a tier 2 enemy in 1 hit like a non Ultra or Marjor Acolyte/Vandal. Still not that great of a benefit. I think of every application, you're talking to someone who finds a use for just about every exotic.
