I got all 4 pieces of raid gear on normal and still don't have HOC or Blackhammer. So I'd say just run normal till you get what you want. Only special thing about necrochasm is that it does 339 attack(lvl 33 damage)

Will get the necrochasm then leave it in the vault till they give it a buff lol..
