They are not useless you can still run the VoG and get exotics off of it I don't know why people are calling it useless... I'm going to be running 6 raids a week now as opposed to 3 that's one a day and as well as the nightfall and weekly. You have so much content now. I'm going to laugh at the people who dismantle all the old stuff.

It was a question, don't worry I'm still using my Raid weapons, just want them bumped :) No way I'm dismantling ANYTHING :D (well, unless its crap)
