Because I consider iron banner to be endgame PvP, the reset affects us big time because you're damn right that when the next IB comes around, I'll be smoking fools in that one too. Call me when you've leveled up, bro

doesn't matter for PvP, everything is levelled. it's the PvE crowd that hate this change.

Wrong.. because the attack stat will Stay at 300... meaning vs PVE it will do the same damage. in PVP is where you lose the perks, and the reason for using the gun in PVP. thorn.. No dot, No upgraded stability and so on... You aren't thinking it through.

No man there's no difference on damage stats in guns for crucible. The only time It'll count is for iron banner. PVE is where you'll notice.

NO kidding... that's why the 300 attack damage stat is pointless in PVP. Since all damage (except for IB) is standard, the loss is for the perks, which WILL RESET and be gone.

You'll have to get the perks again but if you only play PvP then there's no point I'm releveling your gun

If you just do crucible though you do not need to do this new upgrade is what I'm saying you can keep it the same and keep the weapon perks

Everyone has to do it if they want it for iron banner. So if your thorn is 300 and your opponents thorn is 323 all that means is your lazy and he leveled his and you didn't. Everyone will have to relevel not just you so the experience is the same for everyone, your not special in anyway(yes your parents lied to you) Don't take an unleveled gun into iron banner in the first place noob.

But there's a difference between iron banner and regular crucible. Iron banner is only ever on once a month for week so PvP players will not really be all that affected other than for one week in a month. I know how iron banner works, I'm just saying people who raid and do nightfall strikes will probably notice more than PvP players

Not to mention one week a month is 25% of pvp playtime. The most important high level of pvp. People sink more pvp time in that week than they do any 2 regular weeks. So iron banner is probably more like 50% of pvp hours played. Iron banner is the pvp equivalent of the raid. Its the end game for pvp. With massive rewards(buy high level gear, new shaders, ships, weapons that can be custom reforged). Regular pvp can kiss my ass but iron banner is big league. The weapons i reforged from iron banner rival my raid weapons

People who play PvP? Iron Banner is their raid. It is endgame multiplayer. Owning the IB is top of the list for all PvPers, so what you're saying about not upgrading makes absolutely no sense.
