Any news on this, I got the same issue. Just recent bought a PS4 and didn't realize this until I was wondering why my ship was not appearing in orbit and checked my ship to find this problem, which it shouldn't have been in the first place.

Go to Activision and error code redemption somewhere on this thread has the link and jus follow the directions on the link it worked for me I got a key 2 days later
