I doubt it was an accident but still the bikers took it way too far. Also why didn't the guy call the police or anyone for help?

He did but they were too slow. As I've said in this thread 5 other times, when you fear for the life of your child you will do whatever to get them to safety.

The -blam!- do you mean a good job? He was just trying to get from a to b. He was on the highway then the biker asshat brake checked him then surrounded him. It was hard for him to get off the highway or to a police station when he was surrounded by -blam!-tards. These bikers deserved it. I've seen several of their videos and they have no respect for the law.
