He absolutely should not be getting treatment through taxpayer money. He will have to live as a man for his 35 years. He is not entitled to anything except his basic rights.

Umm. How many people are actually transgender? Not that many. I don't get this mentality where you think that the government will be pulling wads of cash out of your pocket if this surgery became paid for by tax payers.

They don't deserve special treatment. The taxes aren't supposed to be spent on sex changes especially when 16 trillion in debt.
