Wait so the Xbox One only has HDMI Out? What the hell? So on top of a new headset, new controller, new racing wheel, new games, Xbox One versions of my favorite 360 games, forced Xbox Live, and a better internet I also am required to by a new TV because mine wasn't made in the past 10 years. Whoever made these decisions for the one needs to be fired because they're honestly not mentally capable to understand anything beyond a two year old level.

You'll definitely get a new controller and probably a headset bundled, maybe some games. Don't sell your 360, that'd be stupid as games will still release for it and not the One (GTA: V and Saints Row IV). You don't need a better internet, just a connection. As far as the TV, why don't you have an HDTV already? They're relatively cheap nowadays. I have a 32" 1080p that I got for 200 dollars two years ago.

I would like to keep my Turtle Beach headset as the standard Microsoft headsets are trash. I hardly get 1MBPS Download and .3MBPS Upload, I have trouble connecting often so in the time my internet is down I play campaigns. I can't anymore. And I don't have an HDTV because there hasn't been a need. My TV supports 1080i but in component cables, and that is perfectly fine. I shouldn't have to buy a new TV to play a console when the TV I have works perfectly fine and will last much longer than the new TV's.

I'm almost positive your Turtle Beach will still work. Then don't buy the console.
