I found them in the Code of Conduct, but I only got there through the Terms of Use link on the bottom of the page. I didn't even know that we still had rules due to the location of them.

Scroll to the bottom of any page, it's right there. It isn't difficult to know that some things should never be posted on an online forum that allows 14 year olds, no matter how 'mature' they believe themselves to be.
