If you're in the U.S. you're good. Over 50% of U.S. Catholics agree that the Church is "out of touch".
-
Which means that 50% of U.S. Catholics aren't Catholics...
-
That's cute.
-
"Cafeteria Catholics" technically aren't Catholics.

"No True Scotsman" Fallacy. Try again.

Cafeteria Catholics disbelieve in some core tenants of Catholicism. If you're okay with gay marriage, are down with birth control, can understand abortion in some situations, and don't give a shit about the papacy except for when a new Pope is elected, then why bother being a Catholic?

That's not what this is though... I'm not trying to fix a broken point with an assertion about Cafeteria Catholics, my point started off as being about Cafeteria Catholics and has never changed. If you would stop being a condescending prick I might be able to actually converse with you and you wouldn't have to repeat yourself.

You're point was that "Cafeteria Catholics" are not real Catholics. With the assertion being the feeling that the Catholic Church (the establishment) is "out of touch".
-
Why? What is there to hate?
-
One, for me atleast, theres more than enough not to like about this guy and two I'm gonna go out on a limb and say the feeling mutual

Wuuuhh... You think a man who has never been in the same country as you hates you for no reason?
