BattlEye can't establish a connection to its own server to check for updates, thus it doesn't allow the game to start. There could be something interfering with BattlEye (Firewall rule, AV, router/modem filtering) or your ISP is having problem reaching the destination. Anyway, that's the gist of it...

I have the same problem, this week BE showed same message. In my case I have Windows 11 Home (26100.4061)

I found the problem, the windows time was not the right one. I guess that makes BE think you are manipulating it to get some advantage or something.
