I have an issue that you can see in the image. I've tried to restart pc, restart router, change my Internet connection to my phone Internet, changed DNS, disabling windows firewall, deleting all files except for packeges folder in D:\Soft\Steam\steamapps\common\Destiny 2 and battleye folders. None of this helped. Do you know how to fix it?

There could be something interfering with BattlEye (Firewall rule, AV, router/modem filtering) or your ISP is having problem reaching the destination. Anyway, that's the gist of it...
