For those who don't know Bungo is being sued for stealing 'The Red War' and 'Curse of Osiris' storyline and can't actually defend themselves in court because Bungo vaulted their older content.
The Judge will not allow them to use 3rd party sources to defend themselves so they must use the game to defend them... But can't because it's no longer in the game, lol

The judge did not rule that they couldn't use those for defense, the judge ruled that they were not permissible for a motion to dismiss. They can still use those as a defense, that's just something the judge wants to come out in discovery rather than throwing out the case.

Big brain thinking right here - i thought this straight away. When it was vaulted they said the game would be too big at 120gb - yet look now, years later & it's 180gb & they're adding more & more every season & said from edge of fate even seasonal activities aren't going away, pretty soon it won't fit on a series S.
