Once 4-6 weeks have gone by you can safely assume the appeal has been reviewed and denied.
They rarely reply unless they need more information or have accepted the appeal and will often simply leave the ticket open.

that's why I said the customer service is really bad, giving a respond is the most basic practices for the job. somehow bungie studio have a special rule for them can ignore the appeal, hang it in the closet and never touch them? it's like bungie only want consumers acknowledge bungie, not bungie trying understand consumers
