really bad customer service of ban appeal

sent an appeal on april 11 and it still stay open status for a month alr. no any response at all and 'hold hostage' of the appeal so i cant follow up/create another submission, if i do it will automatically close the follow up and receive automatically email said it cannot be review due to first appeal is still open status. i tried keep updating the appeal and provided all evidence and it seem nothing getting through to get bungie review the appeal at all. is there anyone working in customer service? this is the worst service i ever had

    Only one submission per person, so no use sending a new one. As far as I can see, Bungie hasn't actually "closed" any ticket in the last year, even when the decisions were final, so...

    • Once 4-6 weeks have gone by you can safely assume the appeal has been reviewed and denied. They rarely reply unless they need more information or have accepted the appeal and will often simply leave the ticket open.
