It was mentioned that the blade was still missing a piece. Most likely the heart we used to forge Dark Drinker, Boltcaster, and Razelighter.
Without it the blade remains a hollow shell like the Taken.
Still hoping we can complete it. Without the echo we will need it.

Yup. Either those are returning, or Willbreaker will become the first kinetic sword. Whether it'll be a power or special is another matter entirely.

Or they have to wait for the DLC since they can’t add a new subclass in a season that will sunset soon. Then we will get both because the sword would be the first taken weapon and give us the subclass… Cope? Maybe
