Of all my expert runs in expert COB:
My first 3 or 4, which I only killed just as many bosses solo in, gave an adept.
My next 2 solo gave none.
My next 4 or so in a group gave 1, between silver and gold tier rewards.
My next 6 or so of getting all 13 kills, I only got an adept maybe 4 of them.
Either full runs in the Nether and COB should guarantee an adept, or players should have a way of increasing their chances because this doesn't feel worth it. Nether is technically the highest level activity in the game, and COB is a boss rush with mechanics that can screw you over big time. The rewards should reflect that. I'm not saying to drop shiny weapons rapidly, just adepts.

How many shiny adepts (runneth over) do we have in this thread? From court of blades only

As awesome as it would be to get the shiny versions with the rolls we want, I look at it like this: Take Adamantine for example. It would be absolutely amazing to get one with Reciprocity/ Circle of Life, and for the second row to have either Subsistence/ Frenzy, Slice/ Tear, or Slice/ Hatchling. But the frame alone just makes it more logical to use the first row in most if not every case. And if you're going to use a strand AR for damage rather than support, it would make more sense to use a weapon like Rufus's Fury or the IB AR I can't remember the name of. Or the LMG, I wouldn't expect Runneth Over to stack with something like Overflow, but if it does, great! But probably the only rolls anyone would use on it consist of an ammo perk + Killing Tally, Jolting Feedback, or Target Lock. The LFR. If you were around for the latest Dawning, you probably already have a better void burst frame. The only reason I personally am using Unveiled Eye is because some bosses are a pain to hit all 3 shots to the head with thanks to flinch on one end or another, or how much their hit boxes change with even the slightest movement (looking at you, Tormentors and Subjugators). The most getting a shiny version might do is save a slot in the vault or your inventory since you're more than likely only going to use 1 roll.

I agree, the only reason the Adept Shiny weapons feel rare is because the Adept weapons are so rare. I get At least 2 to 3 shiny weapons a day, but they are never adept (Not for a lack of trying lol, i only play expert mode). If they simply make it so that Expert versions of activities can ONLY drop Adepts, they can keep the armor drops idc, then you would see an uptick in Shiny Adepts dropping.
