Adept Weapons droprate bad?
did 7 runs court of oryx back to back on expert and still no adept weapon. wth is this droprate?

Edited by Magiscene: 3/17/2025 12:22:48 PMI tried saying we should get one guaranteed drop from completing the hardest activity which was onslaught wave 50 at the time but I got called entitled for it. Bungie needs to reward players for actually completing the hardest difficulty with a guaranteed drop not this chance at it. If I kill all 13 bosses in court I should get a guaranteed double perk adept no questions asked.

5 RepliesSee the same pathetic bungie shills on here saying, "It's fine." It's not an expert boss run should be a guaranteed adept. An expert boss kill should be an automatic adept. It's not like these weapons are as good as the onslaught weapons.

6 RepliesOf all my expert runs in expert COB: My first 3 or 4, which I only killed just as many bosses solo in, gave an adept. My next 2 solo gave none. My next 4 or so in a group gave 1, between silver and gold tier rewards. My next 6 or so of getting all 13 kills, I only got an adept maybe 4 of them. Either full runs in the Nether and COB should guarantee an adept, or players should have a way of increasing their chances because this doesn't feel worth it. Nether is technically the highest level activity in the game, and COB is a boss rush with mechanics that can screw you over big time. The rewards should reflect that. I'm not saying to drop shiny weapons rapidly, just adepts.

13 RepliesIt’s def not a good drop rate. If you get platinum completion (13 boss kills) then it’s pretty much guaranteed though. That said, there is no guarantee it will be any good or even the weapon you’d like. So suuuuuper bad odds.

HERESY adept weapon, they not guarantee roll or focus Normal weapon are the best, as they can be tune to adept.
