Yeah this topic is like the single biggest middle finger Bungie has ever done. Neither has this "perk weighting" been fixed, nor has this been a bug. I have literally 0 trust that this was a mistake. This company is full of sht.

Even if so, it doesn't -blam!- feel that way. Provide a source for your "fixed drop chances" and after that I'll still hate on this because everyone I know can observe the same 2-3 dogsht perk combos across 10s, 20s, 30s of drops.
