Query Timeout means BattlEye can't connect or keep a stable connection with its own server, and it could be due to heavy network traffic and/or Internet congestion

Yeah, I'm getting consistent 410mb/s DL speeds and 6mb/s UL, and haven't had any other connection issues outside of Destiny. I also can't find anyone else having the same problem, which makes me think it isn't just general post-xmas congestion.
