I am having a similar issue but seems to only be crucible/iron banner. Also experiencing some crucible bounties not getting progress and not completing even though I know I’ve gotten grenade kills and kinetic weapon kills.

Also having the issue with crucible bounties. Kinetic kills and weapon specific bounties are not progressing for me.
