Please go to the platform's website to view your order history and ensure that your order wasn't refunded or canceled. Just having the pre-order items means you successfully pre-ordered it, but not that the order was completed when your payment method was charged, so please check your order history. If you have further issues, you'll need to contact support for the platform you made the purchase on, as the platforms, not Bungie, handle licenses and purchases.

  • I have a similar problem: I can play the Lightfall campaign, i have the preorder bonuses, but I can’t play seasonal content, I’ve purchased it from ps4 and bungie help said me that i am sharing the account and the season can’t be shared, and thats right, but in the main account I should be able to play it, right? But it’s not, so im confused
