They don't even take a second to look at appeals for matchmaking restrictions. You're just going to have to wait it out. Quit super early last season because of the same issue. After 2 weeks it becomes 2 months, and then it's permanent. Chances are, If I ever get the two month one, I'll be dropping Destiny 2 all together. The amount of bugs and issues that run rampant in the game as well as server issues that CAUSE the restrictions is just unacceptable.
