1 month later no changes... even after swapping CPU MB RAM and PSU///same
100% nvidia problems with this game

I am having the same issue, not good when it happens in the middle of a trials game. I recently built a new pc spec's below. Kingston KC3000 M.2 NVMe Gen4 SSD 2TB Intel Core i9 13900K CPU ASUS ROG Maximus Z790 Hero Motherboard G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo 32GB (2x16GB) 6000MHz CL30 DDR5 EXPO ASUS GeForce RTX 4090 TUF Gaming OC 24GB Thermaltake Toughpower GF3 Gold 1200W PCIe 5.0 Power Supply Prior to upgrading to the 4090 I used to have a 3070 in the system that did not have the issue. I have tried windows 10 and 11 both have the same issue.
