You know I would accept that ratio if my drop rate for the weapon itself was not so dismal. roughly 25 base ratio to others I'm running with. Second is that I'm seeing same perks cycling. I'm going to keep playing but this is a very long standing bug from D1. 180 vault of glass runs to see my first corrective measure. In d2 Mythos back to back on my first two clears which I believe should be impossible. D1 was the same mythos back to back. Ill do more runs to get a cleaner data pool but on 3 characters its a nope so far.
