This is a bug report not a request for player advice or assistance. I am only posting here as it is our only option. The perk "voltshot" appears to be absent from my loot pool, while continued repeating rolls are occurring. My shards are depleted. This is not a matter of rng, it is a repeating loot bug. Please permanently resolve this. It makes loot based games unenjoyable.
