its sounds like u just staying AFK without any combatants around. You can hear music ingame and in task manager its going around 2-3% cpu usage and 4700-5500ram usage. But on screen its just frozen completely

That can either be a connection problem (so that you can't actually spawn in the game world) or a game engine/video problem (and I'm back at asking for a Dxdiag report to look at).

Wallpaper64.exe is crashing while accessing d3d11.dll, that would cause Destiny 2 to become irresponsive because it also uses d3d11.dll (it's a Dx11 game). Furthermore, iCUE is known to cause problems, and in the past I helped guardians that had random and mysterious crashes who solved all their stability issues by ditching it (not that the other similar software out there are better, in fact, they are pretty much all coded very badly).
