Bungie will not forcibly deactivate a cross-save setup, if you cannot access an account you have to work with their platform support to regain access.
If their platform support cannot help you, then your cross-save setup is stuck as is and cannot be altered.

I cant even find where to contact them. Everything directed me here. Thanks for the help btw. Much appreciated. I don't understand the level of security Bungie has in place.
